I want someone to walk around with while it's raining

I'm hoping to see regyt later today, but no contact with her so far this morning, and it's raining, and there's this park nearby, and I keep thinking it'd be so cool to walk in the park in the rain. But it's not so much wanting to do it alone as wanting to share it with someone.

*sigh*

Well, the Catholic church is dying off in the USA. I figure this ought to help it along. Within a decade or so, only right wing conservatives will feel welcome in the church. They certainly won't be able to support the costs of operating in the US in the scale they are now.

Pretty much any Catholic family with a GLBT member is going to be forced to choose between family and church. I'm convinced this is where it's heading.

And as time goes by, every family has a chance of having someone they love come out as GLBT. And so, the Catholic Church turns it's back on those families if they choose to love and cherish that family member. As a result of that, the church looses members. And it's not as if they're gaining any in the US except by immigration.

Other than seltzer (lots and lots of that) I can make homebrew soda, which means it'll only be as sweet as I want it to be.

For my first one, I'll make ginger ale. But after that, if it turns out OK, the sky is the limit. Vanilla soda, chili pepper soda, cardamom soda, honey soda, clove soda, ... home brew celery soda!,
